I Built a Ninja Village in Another World

I transmigrated and became a Godforsaken in another world, someone incapable of cultivation. Luckily, I have a Naruto System. Other people's Naruto Systems can exchange for ninjutsu, bloodline abilities, and summoning beasts. Mine can do nothing except let me receive instruction from ninjas. I also have to complete the main quest by establishing a powerful ninja village in this other world. In short, this is the story of a transmigrator who leads a band of ninja underlings in battles across the land.
