In Journey to the West: Sun Wukong Comes to Accept Me as His Master from the Start

Zhang Fan transmigrates to the Tang Dynasty and opens a general store across from the Lichun Brothel.

That year, Sun Wukong had yet to wreak havoc in Heaven, and Tang Sanzang had yet to journey west to obtain the scriptures.

Though Zhang Fan has acquired a System, he doesn't believe that gods and immortals exist in this world.

He passes the time writing and painting, and occasionally talks about life with Sister Li, who lives across the street.

Then one day, he discovers...

The stingy man who often visits his store is actually Tang Emperor Li Er.

The little monkey he adopted has become Sun Wukong, the Great Sage who wreaks havoc in Heaven.

Even the idea that eating Tang Monk's flesh grants immortality came about because of something he said.

Most unbelievable of all, everyone believes that he is an unparalleled immortal hiding among ordinary people.
