Myth: After Ten Years in Seclusion, He Is Welcomed Out on Bended Knee

At the summit of Mount Emei, the genius disciple Zhou Zhiruo sat on the ground with her sect leader, Master Miejue. Suddenly, Emei's golden bell rang out with a thunderous “clang, clang, clang,” like a demonic sound that enveloped heaven and earth.

“Ten years. A full ten years, Zhiruo! The only true heir of Emei, its male disciple, your senior brother, has finally emerged from seclusion!”

“Master, then I should hurry and go welcome Senior Brother out of seclusion.”

“Zhiruo, you misspoke. You shouldn't welcome him. You should kneel to welcome him.”

“Huh?”

“Your senior brother is far too handsome. His looks are worthy of all Emei's disciples kneeling to greet him, including you, and even... your master!”
