Dio's Ark and the World

Dio went to buy bread as usual, but on the way there he was stopped by a high school student in black clothes, black hat and gold chain. The high school student, who claimed to be for justice, fought with Dio. Dio's substitute was defeated by the high school student and finally died and traveled to the Ark Continent with his substitute ability. Will he fulfill his ambition to unify the world there?
