I Am the Dean of the War Academy

In Runeterra, some people are called "heroes."

It's not a compliment, but a title. They are all employed by one place: the Institute of War!

Chen Heng transmigrated to Runeterra, founded the Institute of War, and recruited its native heroes.

The Institute is synonymous with strength. Anyone in Runeterra who has heard of it wants to join.

It boasts the mightiest warriors, the most profound magic and runes, and the most advanced technology!

"Head of the Institute of War, master of the floating city, observer of the river of time and fate, arbiter of the material universe, great sage of Runeterra: I beseech you to let me join the Institute of War and fight for the floating city!"
