First Delivery: Guanghan Palace

He had just registered as a delivery rider, and his very first order was to take six yuan's worth of spicy hot pot to the immortal Chang'e at the Moon Palace.

For his second order, he had to deliver fried rice noodles to the King of Hell in the underworld.

For his third, he had to take a hamburger to the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, Sun Wukong, at Flower-Fruit Mountain.

For his fourth, he had to deliver a birthday cake to the Buddha Tathagata in the Western Paradise.

Xu Dong felt he was getting the raw end of the deal!

Those gods, immortals, Buddhas, and demons were all broke. They had no money, and instead kept fobbing him off with spirit medicines, golden pills, relics, divine artifacts... and so on.
