Great Qin: I Really Just Want to Open a Tavern

In the eighth year of King Zheng of Qin, Lu Chuan transmigrates with a Fishing System. The only things he can catch are vegetables like tomatoes and potatoes, so he first opens a tavern in Xianyang, getting used to life in the Qin Empire while waiting for the exchange function to unlock a year later. Then he can trade for the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and an elixir of immortality.

A customer who calls himself Young Master Shang often visits the tavern and spends lavishly. Whenever he sees the various items from later ages, he can't help exclaiming in disbelief.

"These roasted sweet potatoes are delicious, and each acre yields at least a thousand catties?"

"This cement can be used to build roads, and even the Great Wall?"

"This paper can be used to wipe your hands, and even replace bamboo slips?"

A few months later, Lu Chuan finally obtains the elixir of immortality and the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon. Just as he's preparing to enter the imperial court,

Young Master Shang suddenly tells Lu Chuan, "Shopkeeper, I'll come clean. I'm actually Ying Zheng."
