Great Tang: I Reported Li Shimin for Corruption from the Start

Zhou Ling transmigrates to the Tang Dynasty and runs a little tavern.

One day, after eating something that upset his stomach, he hears someone knocking on the door outside the outhouse.

A naive businessman named Li can't hold it any longer and offers a thousand taels of silver just to use the latrine.

Zhou Ling assumes the man is joking, but the next day, a thousand taels of silver are delivered to the front of his tavern.

But when Zhou Ling sees that the silver is government-issued, he promptly turns around and reports it.

Zhou Ling: I'm a law-abiding citizen of the Tang Dynasty!

Li Shimin: I freaking gave you money, and you went and hit me with a super double-cross!
