Great Tang: From the Start, I Kidnap Li Xiuning and Her Brother

A relaxing farming story and a power fantasy about crushing the competition!

Su Yuan transmigrates to the Tang Dynasty and becomes the boss of a band of Taihu Lake pirates. Their water fortress is shabby and run-down, and they have nothing to their name!

Fortunately, Su Yuan unlocks a System that lets him spend money to build up the fortress.

To develop the stronghold, Su Yuan leads his men in robbing the rich, helping the poor, and standing up for justice.

One day, Su Yuan and his men seize a merchant fleet. Among its passengers are a spirited woman and her mysterious younger brother.

Mysterious younger brother: "Boss, how come your ship can shoot fire?"

"It's gunpowder. It can breach cities and fortresses, and never fails to conquer."

Mysterious younger brother: "Boss, what are you growing in your stronghold? It smells so good!"

"What an ignorant question. Potatoes and sweet potatoes. The yields are through the roof."

"Brother-in-law, I'll be frank! I'm Li Shimin. Come back to Chang'an with me!"

Su Yuan shakes his head. "No. I'm going to build an empire in the East on which the sun never sets!"
