Playing the Hungry Wolf from the Start

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, Gao Wen obtains the Supergod Roleplaying System. The more convincingly he plays a character, the stronger he becomes.

Garou, the Demon Sorcerer, Kenshiro...

Sengoku: "What? Kaido is attacking Marine Headquarters again!? Get the bounty hunter Garou here, now!"

Garp: "A demon called the Demon Sorcerer has appeared on the seas recently. I'm going to meet him!"

Dragon: "Get Kenshiro, the Savior of the Century's End, here! With him on our side, we'll surely overthrow the World Government!"

When one character after another played by Gao Wen makes an appearance, what will this world become?
