The Path to Godhood Among the Stars

Do you know humanity's future? I do, and so does all of humanity!

Before I was born, Blue Star became a god's testing ground. In parallel worlds, the god created different futures, then made them into movies and showed them to us, observing what we would do. Finally, the god showed those futures to us in other parallel worlds...

Of course, sometimes the god would kindly offer us a little help.

A paradise for ferocious beasts, the Abyss's invasion, alien destruction, interstellar wars, the insect swarm's devouring, colossal beasts of the starry sky, dimensional incursions...

We called the god the World Observer. Then, when I was twelve, the World Observer stopped updating the movies...
