Reborn as a Lizard

I reincarnated as a lizard and was hunted by a python before I could even figure out what was going on. After narrowly escaping, I was so hungry that I swallowed a caterpillar, only to discover that I had evolved. Could this world let you evolve by devouring other creatures? To test my theory, I started looking for bugs to eat. But then an unknown creature ambushed me. Luckily, my sixth sense kicked in, and I barely dodged its attack. After killing the creature, I discovered that I really could evolve by devouring other creatures. From then on, I was on a path of devour or be devoured.
