Showbiz: I Reign Supreme Starting with Ace of the Show

Xue Yan wakes up to find that he has transmigrated to a parallel world and become a washed-up singer.

Ten years ago, his song "A Snow That Fell in Earnest" made him famous across the country, with millions singing his praises.

But as times changed, his company stopped paying attention to him, and Xue Yan fell out of the spotlight, forgotten by everyone.

Ten years later, Xue Yan posts jokes on Weibo and trends online, making a comeback.

Soon after, he receives an invitation to the variety show Ace vs. Ace.

He puts on a stellar performance, builds an astonishing fanbase, and releases classic songs such as "Actor" and "Ugly Monster."

Reporter: "Xue Yan, why did you decide to appear on the variety show Ace vs. Ace?"

Xue Yan: "Because I want to be famous. I want to make money, enough to make music."

And then Xue Yan really does become famous, taking the entertainment industry by storm.
