Fine, I Admit It: I'm the Heavenly Emperor

Zhang Sheng transmigrates into a mythological world with a role-playing System and becomes the ruler of Heaven.

Zhang Sheng: System, you're asking me, the mighty Heavenly Emperor, to play a farmer, a scholar...

No way. That's beneath me.

System: If the Host goes undiscovered for a set period of time, he will receive generous rewards.

Mission: Go to the mortal realm and pose as an ordinary merchant. If no one sees through your disguise for three years, you'll receive the Innate Supreme Treasure, the Eastern Emperor Bell.

Zhang Sheng, looking serious: Though I'm the Heavenly Emperor, how can I rule well without knowing the hardships of ordinary people? I'll take this mission!

However, life among the common folk is anything but easy.

Thieves lurk, the authorities crack down, and every step must be taken with extreme caution. Just when he finally builds up his business, officials set their sights on it and try to rob and kill him.

Three years later, soldiers arrive at his door.

Zhang Sheng: No more pretending. I'm the Heavenly Emperor!
