Flying Outer-Sky Rat

Duoduo is a mouse from an alien planet, but at first he doesn't know this secret. His father hasn't abandoned him; he wants the hardships of life on Earth to toughen him up. Duoduo grows through difficulties and setbacks. With Old Bai's help, he learns to walk upright and speak human language, and gets a pair of magical glasses. He even grows a magical carrot in the vegetable garden. He makes carrots his staple food and never has to steal grain from the little human boy, Chengcheng, again. Duoduo becomes a civilized mouse. During a camping trip in the wild, he learns to fly by riding a carrot. Duoduo helps Chengcheng find his lost pen, and they become best friends. At Chengcheng's invitation, they travel to the city where Chengcheng's parents work and spend an unforgettable summer vacation. Duoduo experiences a train escape, a campus murder, a beg...
