One Piece: I Am the Great Warlord

With his own strength, Marine Headquarters Rear Admiral Cardo carves out a territory in the North Blue, then goes on to swallow the world whole.

In the turbulent Great Pirate Era, who will ultimately emerge victorious and claim the throne at the summit?

...The Four Emperors? The Shichibukai? Or those so-called emperors of the underworld?

...The Marine Headquarters? The World Government? Or a superpower?

No! No! No! I, Cardo, will be the one to emerge victorious!
