A History of the Development of a Level One Civilization

Earth's civilization isn't what it appears to be. In fact, there is a more advanced civilization beneath the surface. The underground civilization has reached Level Four, while surface civilization is only Level One. Level One surface civilization is still limited to spaceships and satellites, planes and high-speed trains, and phone calls and video chats. Level Four civilization, meanwhile, can ride clouds and mist, fly through the sky and burrow underground, harness the energy of heaven and earth, and create things from nothing. What strange things will happen when the underground and surface civilizations gradually become entangled?
