In Shenzhen, Xia State, police lights flash near a construction site, but no sirens wail. At least twenty police cars are visible, and dozens of officers have cordoned off the area. It is obvious something major has happened.

A girl with an oval face, looking like an elementary school student, appears out of nowhere like a ghost. She is 1.55 meters tall, with hair 1.1 meters long, and wears a pink dress for little girls. A tuft of cowlick hair on her head bobs as she moves.

Her sudden appearance startles the two officers guarding the entrance to the cordon. They immediately step forward to block her way.

Before they can say anything, the girl raises her small, fair hand. It holds a gleaming golden card bearing the words Dragon King, which seem to float above its surface, giving the impression that they are literally suspended in midair.

The two officers stare in shock. The girl puts the card away and strolls into the dark construction site.
