Back to Field: A Countryman in the Mountains

Back to Field Season 4 is launching, with new episodes released daily. This season is set in Xishuangbanna, Yundian Province, the land of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom.

A young man arrives riding an elephant. Introducing himself as Chen Hao, a country bumpkin from the mountains, he solemnly warns the production crew: "Whatever you do, don't go into the mountains."

That night, He Jiong says mysteriously, "I heard from the village chief that the elephants we've seen aren't really elephants. They're Di Ting."

"What's Di Ting?"

"Di Ting is said to be a spiritual beast that lies beneath the desk of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva."

P.S. I'm no good at writing blurbs, so please read the story!
