I Am a Descendant of Journey to the West

My name is Sun Xiaowu, and I'm a transmigrator.

I got hit by a car because of a strange iron needle, then transmigrated to a parallel world of immortals and demons, where I became a descendant of the Great Sage who caused Havoc in Heaven.

This is a world where immortal cultivation and magic coexist. After millions of years of development, the cultivators of the Eastern Continent have long since fallen behind the magic mages of the Western Continent.

As a lucky fellow chosen by the Journey to the West Reading System, all I have to do is read Journey to the West, and I can cultivate several times faster than ordinary people.

"Ding! You have successfully read Journey to the West. Your cultivation speed has increased to 120%!"

"Ding! You have memorized Journey to the West. Your cultivation speed has increased to 1,000%!"

Many years later, a well-loved tale is passed down among the people. It tells of the descendants of Journey to the West, whose journey westward allowed the Eastern Continent to once again stand tall at the summit of the world!
