Honghuang: The Deputy Leader of the Human Sect

Li Tianxuan transmigrated to the Primordial World. By a stroke of luck, he merged with the Heaven and Earth Mysterious Yellow Exquisite Pagoda, a Merit Supreme Treasure acquired after birth, and took human form as the Daoist Xuanhuang.

Later, when the Three Pure Ones attained sainthood, Xuanhuang, grateful to the Grand Pure One, Taishang, for never refining him, joined the Human Religion.

Taishang ruled through inaction; the highest good was like water.

Thus, although Xuanhuang was only the vice leader of the Human Religion, he was in truth its real administrator.

He performed deeds of merit, helped Nuwa Create Humans, assisted Houtu in creating the cycle of reincarnation, and protected the countless living beings of the Primordial World. The light of Xuanhuang’s merit shone brilliantly.

He mastered the Way of Order and wielded the Hongmeng Measuring Heaven Ruler to measure all injustice in heaven and earth.

He followed the path of gathering fortune. When Xuanhuang attained sainthood, he looked around and discovered that most of the Primordial World’s outstanding talents had joined his following. The disciples of the Three Religions revered Xuanhuang, the Heavenly Court and the Underworld followed his lead, and even the Buddhist sect submitted obediently.

The Primordial World was filled with powerful figures and countless prodigies, while saints governed it from on high.
