Showbiz: It Begins When a Director Comes Knocking

Ye Chen became famous as a teenager, but he didn't continue his career in the entertainment industry.

After starring in two or three films and TV shows that took the internet by storm, he took his money and started traveling the world.

He never expected that three years later, the rise of pretty-faced young male celebrities would turn Huaxia's film and television industry into a blight and a laughingstock around the world.

Research found that while these pretty-faced young stars were chiefly to blame for the industry's decline, some of the responsibility also lay with directors who weren't doing their jobs.

As a result, all directors would have to pass an assessment. If they failed to make a quality production starring young actors within a year, their director's licenses would be revoked.

The directors of Huaxia panicked!

And as they panicked, countless directors suddenly thought of Ye Chen, who had retired from the entertainment industry three years earlier.

So, one day, Ye Chen had just woken up when he found a crowd of directors outside his door, begging him for help!
