Blurb:
Some dream of becoming immortals, and in their dreams ascend to the highest heavens.
How tragic, those who dream of immortality: one dream can ruin a lifetime.
Note: A serious story based on the games Gu Jian 3 and Gu Jian 2, not a tomb-raiding adventure. The story takes place after the trip to Yanling and just before the journey to Xiling, in the ancient kingdom of Xiuxun, one of the Thirty-Six Kingdoms of the Western Regions. All details about dreams and the Half-Soul Lotus follow the official materials. Since I don't have the planning collection, the characters from the third game may be somewhat out of character. Please understand.
This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
