In the war many years ago, mankind won. The alien races could only be reduced to slaves and toys, and only a few alien races fled to the desolate land to survive. Now, a human lord from another world has arrived. He will lead the aliens to build a city of their own. Barren? Barren? Doesn't exist. What will this lord do when they meet humans here one day?
