The Ninth Division of Time Stop

This is a shut-in's innocent fantasy:

In a world called "Wo Ai Wo Miao," humanity's advanced technology and mindless cultivation of atheism have gradually stripped people of their reverence and devotion toward the gods, until they finally lose their faith in them altogether. The gods, whose power comes from human faith, have grown weak as a result. So the gods decide to hold a game to rekindle people's faith and, while they're at it, eliminate the weaker gods.

That game is called SKK: The Song of Skillful Godslaying.
