Showbiz: Stars on the Run for 365 Days

Zhao Lei, the head of Mensa's Asian branch, transmigrates to a parallel world.

As soon as he arrives, he joins stars like Gao Yuanyuan and Chen Qiaoen on a variety show. They enter a full-immersion film pod and find themselves in the world of Resident Evil, where they become fugitives.

On this show, they must not only survive the apocalypse, but also evade their pursuers. The production team originally wanted to show audiences that justice always prevails, and that no fugitive can escape its judgment.

But...

Gao Yuanyuan: “Lei, wasn't this supposed to be an escape? How did we become the pursuers?”

Chen Qiaoen: “Oh my god, how is this the apocalypse? It's a tower-defense monster-fighting amusement park!”

Yaya: “Lei, I don't care. You caught me, so now I'm yours!”

Li Xin: “This feeling of being completely outsmarted is awful. He could sell me and I'd still help him count the money!”
