Naruto: The Intelligence Broker

Where the leaves of Konoha dance, the Will of Fire burns on.

A dark heir to the Will of Fire, he is an intelligence officer who operates only in the shadows of the Hokage's world.

The man once swore an oath atop Hokage Monument: everything for Konoha. He puts Konoha's interests first and is willing to sacrifice anything, even the Hokage.

As a member of this family, just after Shuji takes charge of this special intelligence center, he receives the news: "Orochimaru has attacked the Kazekage and is heading for Konoha."

By convention, Shuji should pass the message on to Konoha. But he says, "Konoha does not fear war. History tells us that Konoha must begin a new chapter, even if it means losing the Hokage. A new generation is on the rise."

Is this the reason to sacrifice the Third Hokage? Shuji becomes one of the most terrifying forces in Konoha's darkness.
