The Legend of Xiao'er and Wine

The Wine-Tasting Tournament is held once every ten years, a grand occasion for the liquor industry and its most prestigious event. The leading liquor businesses gather, along with all the wine lovers who can make it. The festivities are spectacular. The organizers send invitations to eligible families, and contestants must be between twenty and thirty years old and hold at least the rank of Wine Venerable. They compete in drinking, tasting, blending, and other challenges to claim the top prize. Every family trains a group of young contestants, and whoever performs best may represent the family. The winner takes control of the liquor industry's lifeblood. "The Wine-Tasting Tournament returns every ten years, a hundred flowers bloom in brilliant colors. Win the tournament and take the crown, and heroes from every land will come to pay their respects." This is a doggerel verse inspired by the tournament.
