Dragon Ball: The Strongest Villain, Goku Black

Goku Black was born when Zamasu, an Apprentice Supreme Kai of Universe 10 from a parallel world, used the Super Dragon Balls to wish for his body to be switched with that of Goku, a Saiyan from Universe 7.

When he made his wish, he gained all of Akira Toriyama's memories of the entire Dragon Ball series and learned that his Zero Mortals Plan had failed.

And so, Dragon Ball's most powerful villain was born!

Goku Black set his sights even higher and decided to launch the Zero Mortals Plan for the entire universe.
