During his battle with Obito Uchiha, Mufeng was unfortunately sucked into the Kamui Dimension. He thought it was all over, but somehow he ended up in a world called One Piece.
Mufeng joined the Marines and spent over a decade working his way up, finally becoming an admiral with the codename Black Dragon.
A few years later, he fought Whitebeard. Their fierce battle tore the sky apart. The moment he defeated Whitebeard, Mufeng also fell into a spatial rift and returned to the world of Hokage.
Time had rewound to the very instant Obito Uchiha used Kamui, but Mufeng was no longer the same.
"Let's get reacquainted. I'm Black Dragon, Marine Admiral. Have you ever felt the power of a dragon? Black Dragon's Roar!"
