Apocalypse: Scientist of the New Primitive Age

A story about a top student: The apocalypse arrived just after the protagonist transmigrated. He was petrified for thousands of years, then awoke to find himself completely alone. By chance, he obtained a mutant acid that could dissolve petrification, but there was very little of it. To revive humanity and create a nation built on science and technology, the protagonist put his knowledge as the world's greatest scientist to use and began ushering in the age of machines. He gathered the surviving mutated humans and put them to work advancing science.
