A Reversed Journey to the West, Starting at Five Elements Mountain

Journey to the West, Turned Upside Down

Jiang Yan transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West.

But he discovers that this is an inverted version of the story.

Tang Sanzang, who journeyed west to obtain the scriptures, has become Jin Chanzi, who travels east to spread them.

Sun Wukong is no Great Sage Equal to Heaven.

Zhu Bajie is no Marshal Tianpeng.

Sha Wujing is no Curtain-Raising General.

But the gods and Buddhas filling the heavens remain unchanged.

The monsters across the great continents remain unchanged.

The eighty-one trials remain unchanged.

At the foot of Five Elements Mountain, the reborn Jiang Yan waits in vain for Tang Sanzang.

Instead, he gets a God-Slaying System.

With a mighty boom, **Jiang Yan's Five Elements Mountain collapses!

"The Buddha's six-syllable mantra is nothing special!"

"The gods and Buddhas filling the heavens? They're nothing but **experience points!"

Starting from Five Finger Mountain, he takes on all the gods and Buddhas.
