Academy City is isolated from the outside world and researches cutting-edge technology. All students receive superpower development, and most of them obtain superpowers through drugs, hypnosis, and electrical stimulation. There are various types of abilities, which are divided into Level 0 for those with no abilities, Level 1 for those with low abilities, Level 2 for those with super abilities, Level 3 for those with strong abilities, Level 4 for those with great abilities, and Level 5 for those with super abilities based on their range and power.
