Biography of Time and Space: Prequel Overture

Heaven promotes all things, and all things nurture spirits. Those who are enlightened by the spirit of all things are called human beings. Those who are born as human beings and attain the Tao are called gods. Those who are born without virtue but develop it through practice are called immortals. A non-human being who cultivates his soul and finally transforms his spirit into another form is called a demon. Those who have attained the Tao but lose their wisdom and nature are called demons. When all things die and lose their bodies, but their spirits remain in the world because of thoughts, they are called ghosts. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
