A continuation of the first part of Agul Ultraman. In the Heisei world, Agul Ultraman and Ultraman Dyna join forces in a final battle against the Spheres of Sol. But when the Spheres of Sol are destroyed, a mysterious black hole appears. Agul Ultraman desperately pushes Dyna out of its gravitational pull, only to be sucked into the black hole himself.
It turns out that the other side of the black hole leads to the space-time of the Land of Light. Agul Ultraman is rescued by the original Ultraman, who is patrolling near the M78 Nebula. Afterward, Agul Ultraman and Mebius head to the Monster Graveyard, where they clash with the Dark Three...
