War of Resistance: I Grew an Empire of Japanese Invaders

Qin Fei transmigrates to Northeast China just as the War of Resistance Against Japan breaks out, and is bound to a System that lets him grow Japanese soldiers. He leads a huge army of these homegrown Japanese troops to fight the Japanese invaders wreaking havoc across China!

Commander-in-Chief of the Kwantung Army: "Baka! Who raided our weapons depot?"

Qin Fei: "Heh heh, your own men did it!"

Puppet Emperor of Manchukuo: "Your Excellency, aren't we on the same side? Why are you attacking Xinjing?"

Qin Fei: "Pah! Who said we're on the same side?"

Emperor of Japan: "What's going on? There are more and more Japanese troops in China, so why is our territory getting smaller and smaller?"

Qin Fei: "Because they're all my men!"

Since I've transmigrated to the era of the War of Resistance, I have to make something happen. Forget a full-scale invasion of China: let's start a full-scale invasion of Japan instead!
