The Special Forces Soldier Who Emerged from a Nuclear Blast

This is a filthy world!

The law is a tool for purifying the world, but some people always operate beyond its reach, free from moral restraint.

Lu Fan, a special forces soldier who emerged from a nuclear blast, underwent a genetic mutation. His body evolved, but he also became bloodthirsty. Only killing could calm him down.

Because of his bloodlust, Lu Fan was given another identity: Guardian of the Law.

His mission is to carry out assassinations. His targets are those who place themselves above the law and evade justice, as well as those so devoid of humanity that they deserve to die.

Drug traffickers: kill!

Child traffickers: kill!

Those who harvest and smuggle living human organs: kill, kill, kill!!!

Use killing to stop killing, and violence to counter violence.

Only killing can uphold absolute fairness.
