The writing skills of this book are very good, but the protagonist is too stupid. As a time traveler, he revealed one of his golden fingers, food cells, to others, directly destroying his own overwhelming advantage. As a man, he actually gave power to other men. Such a stupid protagonist, if these people who have been given power by him conflict with him in the future, the protagonist will completely seek death on his own. For example, if his enemy tries to alienate him, the protagonist will destroy himself by passing on his power to others. And the protagonist shares his advantages with other men.
