Heroes Wear No Medals

Border guards from every corner of the country and from all walks of life serve together on the frontier. Among them are children of senior officials, a chef, and farmers from impoverished mountain villages. Though they each had their own reasons for enlisting and heading to the frontier, when the country faced the threat of invasion, they were united by one thought: defend their homeland. In battle, some never returned, some were left gravely wounded and disabled, and some were never even identified by name. Yet together, they gave their lives and shed their blood to defend their country's dignity and territorial integrity. In the end, they became the most beloved people of all and found love of their own.
