"I am a demon, and I follow the laws of demons."
Mutated humans known as Heart Bewitchers and those who have fallen to demonic corruption begin appearing one after another. Plants become demonic, animals turn monstrous, and suffering gradually spreads. People call these mutated monsters "demons," and so hunters emerge to fight them.
But one day, a true demon descends: a pair of narrow, pale-red eyes, a flowing scarlet dress, and an alluring smile playing at the corners of her lips... When a true demon descends upon the Kongyun Plane, what will become of everything? Right or wrong? Good or evil?
"The foremost law of demons: To maintain the balance between planes, any means may be used. This is the highest wisdom."
