Struck by a Dragon Ball that fell out of nowhere, he transmigrates to the world of One Piece.
"What? You can only make one wish per Dragon Ball?"
"Fine, that's pretty powerful. I want the Pirate Empress to be my wife, I want the power of a Devil Fruit as strong as Whitebeard's, and I want to become the most powerful person in this world."
The Two-Star Dragon Ball is in Whitebeard's hands. That won't do. I'll have to find a time to "talk things over" with him.
The Three-Star Dragon Ball is in Mary Geoise. Shenron, you sure know how to pick a place. Do I have to fight my way into the Celestial Dragons' home to take it?
