Pokemon: The Good-for-Nothing Goes Wild

What if we recreated a believable Pokémon world, where even an ordinary Trainer could pursue the path to becoming a Pokémon Master? Xiao Xiang was a tragic Trainer who died because he didn't have a protagonist's halo. Then he was replaced by the great Xiang-ge. Now over sixteen, Xiao Xiang can only move forward one step at a time. No Legendary Pokémon will come running to join him, and he has no cheat artifacts. He can only rely on his foresight to forge an ordinary yet extraordinary path.

If you insist on asking what makes Xiao Xiang ordinary when he's a transmigrator...

Then come on out, Magikarp

Huh? You're just flopping around in place again. Stay calm...
