There are two problems. One is that it is chaotic, weaving in and out, and the sense of substitution is not good. The other is that the male protagonist is the boss and should not have to do everything by himself.
Where did the data come from? There are misnomers everywhere. Has the author graduated from elementary school? It's really hard to read, there are a lot of bad sentences, I'm really impressed, and they're so wordy.
