A teenage boy is playing on his computer when he suddenly vanishes from his chair. When he wakes up, he finds himself floating in the air and sees the legendary Ultraman Noa. Noa not only lets him transmigrate to the world of Ultraman Mebius, but also grants him the power to transform into an Ultraman and use superpowers. Later, he discovers that someone else has transmigrated, too, and can transform into Ultraman Legend. Together, the two newcomers begin a long journey through the world of Ultraman. Along the way, they meet many Ultraman heroes and even face the greatest enemy of all. What fate awaits them?
