I Actually Grew Up Just Fine

My fate has two parts: before I met you, and after I met you.

You cured my melancholy, then gave me sorrow.

The brief joy between melancholy and sorrow spent every last reserve of passion in my life.

I want to drink some wine, let my soul grow weightless, and be carried away by the wind.

But when I think of how I'll end up a stranger to you, I feel as if I've become a stranger to the whole world.

Though the wind blows hard, it always skirts my soul.
