Crossover Anime: The Passerby Avenger

A weakling runs into all sorts of trouble along the way. He plans to play the fool and catch his enemies off guard, but instead gets beaten to a pulp. He retreats into the mountains to grind away for years, and when he finally comes back, his first priority is to take out the people who thrashed him back then, if he can. And if he can't? Then he'll keep coasting through life. No, wait, he should keep grinding in the mountains...
