In this world, many years from now, only rulers and the ruled remain on Earth.

The ruled include robots, among them, but not limited to, advanced intelligent robots. These advanced intelligent robots look exactly like humans, and the biggest difference is that they need not only charging, but also water and food to stay alive.
Besides robots, clones are also among the ruled, though their status is far higher than that of robots.
The clones had planned to build an independent space above the Earth's surface, specially for clones to live in: an aerial empire.
