The Legend of Tobi Across the Multiverse

Since they are basically Obito's character and abilities in the original book, why is he still named Li Chen? It makes me laugh. If you know the reason for the plot, you can just find a reincarnation to get the memory of a certain otaku. And the title of the book is also Obito. Li Chen is not mentioned in the introduction. The protagonist should not have an identity other than Obito. In this case, it is really unnecessary to have the title in the plot and the title from the reader's perspective be different. Could it be that Li Chen is the author's own name?
