The Pyramid of Light was once a card that could not be stopped even by Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's rule-breaking destruction. Several years have passed since the Pharaoh entered the Gate of Darkness. Just as everyone thought it was finally over, the light opposing the darkness had only begun its journey.
The legend of the Millennium Light Items, another set of Millennium Items opposite the sealed Dark Items, caught someone's fancy and gave rise to a new Death Game: the Light Game. Unlike the Shadow Game, which devours the body and soul, here the souls of the losers are controlled, becoming playthings and puppets for others.
Ito Yuku lives in the DM era and battles others with a lousy deck. But one chance encounter changes him completely.
Now the Light Game is eroding the present and the future. Four different versions of himself will face different formidable foes. When that will happen is still an open question...
