An acrostic poem, "Stars Split the Vast Sky," with notes
The starry river shines for ninety thousand li,
When will the heavens be split and the earth be cleft?
The mighty wind once rode the waves across the sea,
Now only a pillow remains, keeping a lovesick heart company.
Traveling through the lands and across the stars. What amazing skills! Opening the heavens and cleaving the earth. Cao Cao and Mao* both wrote about viewing the sea. Having love is what matters. Love the beauty, not the kingdom.
This is also the central theme of the book and the thread that unfolds the story.
